Harriet Afriyie-Adjimi

Harriet Afriyie-Adjimi is a Counsellor with over a decade of experience in counselling. She currently works as a counsellor with the Mastercard Foundation at KNUST Kumasi. She holds an MA in Guidance and Counselling, from the University of Cape Coast, an MBA in Strategic Management and Consulting, from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and an MPhil in Guidance and Counselling From the University of Cape Coast. She is a registered professional counsellor with the Ghana Psychology Council and is currently pursuing a PhD in Guidance and Counselling at the University of Cape Coast.

Harriet creates a safe space for clients, specializing in various therapeutic approaches. She believes in a holistic counselling approach, addressing mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Beyond her private practice, she has worked in diverse settings, including education and community organizations. Harriet is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals. She has a strong passion for working with marginalized and vulnerable individuals in society. Her hobbies include reading, music and exercising. She is married with three children.
